I dialed for 15 minutes continuously and was put on hold for about 20 minutes. My message still says "case not found". The IIO told me that they have everything from me, it\'s just a matter of waiting. She said they are process Feb-15-01 cases and my case was March-12-01 so I need to wait my turn. She told me to give it at least 60 days before I call back again. Hope this helps!
 
Can you be more specific?

Like what exactly word did IIO use, such as "We just began to process 2/15 case" OR "We have processed some 2/15 cases?" Also, 2/15 is RD or ND?

The answer is BIG difference.

when u get the message CASE NOT FOUND sould be a good sign like they working on ur case so u should get some news from INS keep ur hopes high
to find more about this do a search on CASE NOT FOUND u\'ll find many cases like urs

Hi,
I spoke to an IIO today.
Case Details: PD 12/99, RD 1/22/01, ND 2/1/01, FP 5/30/01
This is what she has to say.
 
My case is with an officer, The received my FP results on 11/5/01. I did not understand the timing here, as my FP was done 5/30/01, this is due to recent changes in Immigration policies (Wild guess).
She said I have to wait for another 60-90 days
thats all folks.

Here\'s the exact words...

"We are processing cases prior to Feb.15 and yours is March 12..." Since 3-12 is my RD, I took 2-15 as RD as well.
