Talked to IIO - Help me out

I got my finger prints three weeks back but my wife didn\'t get finger prints as of today. My wife called IIO and talked to her and she told that they ordered finger prints but not scheduled.

Can anyone know what does that mean. I appreciate your help in this regard.
