Hi, was a silent visitor, just tried calling Vermont and got thru pretty quick. Spoke to lady IIO who said they r processing Dec 3rd RD for I 485 and lastly the PHONE (802 527 4913) is going away tomorrow!!
I just spoke to an IIO now. She said that my case was assigned to an officer just today and should hear something within the next 30 days. She also confirmed that the VSC phone service will not be available from next week.
