Talked to a nice lady IIO, not much useful info though. She told me the usual stuff that they are processing Mid august cases and since my RD is 8/11/99(EAC 99-254-XXXX) mine should be one of them. The I asked her whether it has been taken up for review, for which she replied in the negative. In her words, the case is \'pending\' and also said that I should hear something from them in the next 30-60 days or earlier. I also told her that I called because I was seeing a lot of September approvals and was getting a little concerned, but anyway thanked her for giving me the info. I just hope I hear something soon, be it RFE or approval...........!!
