this time i got some desi IIO... she was very talking very nice..
she told that everything is going smoothly step by step(i wonder???) she was telling some 90 day shelf something like that... i did not get it..

any way no useful information i guess...

reddysam, When the AVM changed for your case on May16th (mine too), I got new hopes, thinking that we should hear good news in couple of weeks. But it looks like, nothing has changed and may take longer time.

I understand your frustration. I am in the same boat (July filer like you). We see applicants filing way after us getting approved.
I have talked to IIO\'s a few times and have not gotten any useful info from them. Guess it is no use. However, I feel our cases are delayed, but I do not know what we can do.
This week my lawyer talked to the director at CSC, and he replied that my case is not delayed since they are processing April 2001 cases now.
I guess we just have to wait patiently.

that\'s what i thought ,changing AVM mean i can see some progress... but none.. she said that it is moving in step by step accordingly..

let\'s hope for the best...
