Talked to IIO about FP

Just Talked to IIO about my FP (ND Aug 27 2001). He said that my FP was ordered in Aug 2001??. and he is going to reorder them. He asked me to give 3 to 4 weeks time. I told him that I have not received any previous FP notice, and he said he kenw that, and is reordering them. Does this make any sense? can anybody explain this please.

Hi,
My friend was told something similar. Looks like a bunch of FP cases that were ordered in Aug 2001 were lost somehow and that is the reason they are having problems trying to isolate the May- Dec 2001 cases that have still not ohysicaly received the FP notices
