ND Jul 12 00, Primary approved on Aug 15 01, Spouse Received an RFE for Bio graphical info, Employment letter,prospects for continuing employment. INS received on Oct 23, still no respose from INS, Talked to IIo yesterday (12/5/01), she says unfortunately she does not have the file, she will send an email to leading officer immediately.
Does any one has the same situation ? If the IIo says like above, can they really send an email to the officer ? will it have any improvement ? Please respond.
