Talked to IIO @ 8:00am 6/2

I called IIO today morning. When asked my case 12/21/2001 RD, according her they still processing cases still 3rd Dec'02 cases and till take time....my case is "pending"

Can one tell me what "pending" means is case not assign to someone to process!!!

Meaning of "pending"

Hopeso,

I talked with an IIO today as well. She told me that our cases were still pending. So I asked her if they were assigned to an officer, to which she replied that they were not yet assigned. Based on that limited information, I would guess that pending means not yet assigned.
