My RD is Oct. 18 2001, EAC-02-050-*****
First time called to IIO and talked to a nice officer. Although he said the very same information " Right now we are processing Sep 15 2001 cases... blah. blah. blah. ... So it would take another month before they get to my case".
One interesting thing IIO told me was my case is in queue from Sep 08 2001 and it's actually waiting in the waiting or staging area. He also said the same thing about my wife case as well.
I agree with every one in this forum who are upset for not seeing their cases getting approved. This really becomes very frustrating once INS reach near our RD and start seeing some approvals for others.
so the bottom line is,
I am upset to see my case is not approved yet.
I am bit happy to see there is no RFE so far.
I am confused about my EAD, AP renewal because they expire on Jan 03, 2003, Dec 19, 2001 respectively.
