Talked to I/O on 7/24. Need to do biometric again?

Just talked to I/O this morning. She told me I need to do biometric since I did not do it before. I told her I did it in 2005 (code 3, photo...) and she said she did not see it in my record . I'm really frustrated with such a great immigration system

If IO did not issue you a new FP/Biometrics notice then take InfoPass and go to local office...ask the IO there to issue you a new notice if they don't see your old Biometrics in the system either.
