Hi,
EB3, WAC-01-277-***, RD-7/27, ND-9/10, Process resumed message 1/12.
I just talked to an oriental accent lady IIO. She said, "My case is not assigned to an officer yet" and added "she does not know when will it be assigned". According to her "all my back ground checks are done and reports are fine". I asked her how much time is needed once the case is assigned. She replied, "it depends on the officer. Officer could issue a RFE or Reject the case. Then I added.. or.. s/he can approve the case. "Yes or the officer can approve the case" she said.
I was dissappointed by her negative attitude.

I guess I will have to wait for atleast a month or two.
What do you guys say?

read current status

you will find that

75 percent of 260-269 cases have been adjudicated

and 25 percent of 270-279 cases have been adjudicated

but as u know on this message board we are the tip of the iceberg
and like the iceberg 10 percent above water and 90 percent below

CSC processes so many many cases and we hear only 10 percent of the actual cases but we hear enough on this board which gives us an indication.

I dont think we can do anything to speed up processing in each individual case but only if it is very much out of the ordinary that we can send fax message or talk to IIO and request them to specially look into our case.
