Talked to an IIO

and she said that they are processing the cases around my ND (10/06/2000)time. I will here within 2 Months about the result.

RD 09/18/2000
ND 10/06/2000

When I called them last time (couple of weeks ago) the IIO was saying it\'s not assigned to an officer yet. Today, this lady (IIO) is saying that she CAN NOT tell me whether it has been assigned to an officer or not. What\'s going on? What kind of standards they are directed to follow?
I am confused. Expert\'s interpretation on these two messages are very welcome.

Today, I talked to IIO, He said your attoreny called us on last monday..
   we have already told the status to him..then I said according to my attoreny
   that NSC is processing Rd:20-OCT-00 and we are very close...
   then he said nothing then I asked how long we have to wait...He said
   wait for another 3 month. then I asked are you sure ?? then what is
   330-360 Days..he says it is taking longer than that...but it may be possible
   that sooner than 3 month...in your case to assign to officer...
   Has any one Idea what he wants to say..or they are replying to every one
   wait for 3 month..like their AVM machine..???
