Just out of curiosity I called up INS Vermont.
Lady IIO was real nice, but what she told me shocked me.
She told me that they are processing FP\'s for Nov,Dec 99 and even Jan 2000
So why isn\'t anybody getting FP notices ? Haven\'t seen any posting here for like 2 weeks about FP\'s being issued.
If you know more please let me know

i called in the moring and got entirely different response, i.e. they have stopped sening FP notices as there r no isa number avavilable for india and china.

Makes sense...they\'ve stopped doing FP for India/China and are moving forward with other countries. Therefore you and the original poster are both right...the IIOs were justing talking about other countries versus India/China.
