Just talked to an IIO at VSC. She said that they are processing July 1999 485 cases right now, and sending out FP notices for October 1999 cases from this week. When I asked when can I expect to get my FP notice (ND Oct 5, 1999), she said anytime from now to a month from now, and to be sent to my lawyer (if I am represented by one). My category is EB3, India with a PD of Apr 1997.
