I just had a chat with IO. She said they are processing I-485 based on PD. She also said there are visa available (did not mention counts) and they are actively working on the cases...

Good to know that NSC farmers are actively working. I hope they approve as many cases as they can before the revised July Bullletin is released. Not sure how the impact would be once the revised July bulletin is released.
