Talk to IIO today about FP issue

I called VSC today and talk to an iio about my FP status. I did my FP in chicago on 10/24/00. FBI told me next day they are OK and send to NSC?. I told FBI that my case is in VSC why you send it to NSC. They said since chicago comes under NSC they automatically go to NSC. She also told me dont worry they NSC will forward them to VSC. Now back to IIO, the lady was very nice and told me that there record did not shows my FP are done and then i told her they were sent to NSC. She said Dont worry NSC will forward them to us and some time they take a while . since your ND is 5/21/00 you still have time. She also told me that currently they are proccessing SEPT ND cases. I already told my lawyer about this issue on 10/28/00. He told me that they have confirmed that my FP are in VSC and i should not worry. I DONT KNOW WHO TO BELIEVE NOW.
My lawyer is a big Corporate lawyer from DC who is handling atleast 50 cases from my Company in VSC. ( charging big $$$$$ )

What do you think GURUS is my lawyer is lying or the IIO info is not Updated?
