Talk to IIO this morning, really get confused!

Guys,

I was talking to IIO this morning to check the statue of my case, for I was told that mine was assigned to an officer already. But this morning, an patient IIO talked to me and checked with the officer, also he let me hold for a long time and told me the bad news that mine was not assigned to an officer. He said it was a mistake that the information people told me on Monday, I have nothing to say, but I really wanna make sure who is right? Why they put the wrong information into the system? He said \'with an officer\' was shown on the screen with my case, but it was incorrect. Do you think they would change mind to put my case back to the shelf or what?

Nobody will really know what is happening here....

Thatis why so far I never talk to IIO. Ther give you nothing but frustration.
 
when you called last time...

what information did IIO ask for to verify it was your case, just EAC number, or also ask for address, name etc.
 
I don\'t think they get the wrong number...

Both of the time, they check my name and address to make sure it was me.
