Talk to IIO(NVC, INS) this morning

First I spoken NVC(Tel#603-334-0700)this mornig regarding my I-140(CP case). IIO says my I-140 has been forwarded to INS, and it should be in INS now.
Then called the INS. After 15 Mins redial, finally I reached IIO. She said my case is "under review" and would have decision within next 30 days. She can not tell me whether it is with an officer or not.

Detail:
PD: 1/2000. RD 3/9/01. ND 3/15/01. EAC-01-126-XXXXX.
I-140 approved for CP in 9/2000.
Country: China.
 
Was your I-140 sent to china?

Since you have said that I-140 approved for CP, did they request the I-140 from your home country?

What is the tel. number of NVC, what details are needed to inquire

Please post the details of Telephone number to contact NVC and what we need to ask them. What info will be needed from our sidee to get proper replies.

My attorney sent PackageIII back to NVC, so my I-140 never went to China.
NVC Tel: 603-334-0700. Get your EAC no from I-140 before you calling. Ask IIO where your I-140 is?
 
CP I-140

I call NVC this morning, they said on DEC 11 2001 they already send my case to china, because my lawyer never respone letter, my lawyer told me he never receive package 3. my I-140 CP (I never known my I-140 was CP) approval on NOV 5,2001 after they send my case to NVC.my lawyer send I-485 & EAD to VSC on Nov 20 2001, I still waiting for receipt.can you tell me

1. when NVC got my case it will take how long to send out package 3?
2. my lawyer has how many day to respone letter?
3. my lawyer said because I call NVC,and they said my case send to china , and he never receive package 3, that maybe case still in NVC, Do you thing is any possible?
4. if my case already in china, do you thing my I-485 & EAD receipt will be delay?

My 140 was approved for cp too, but file still at NVC. I called NVC a week ago, they said if lawyer didn\'t send back the packet 3, 140 file would not be sent abroad. But I saw a lot of guys 140 were sent out, my conclusion: no matter what you do, there are still chances that your file will be sent out.

485/ead receipts have nothing to do with this, don\'t worry.
