Taking Visa Appointment

Hi,

For taking the appointment, I have purchased two fee receipts. One receipt is for myself and other is for my wife.

1, Now while taking the appointment, is it possible to give both the receipt numbers and book the same appointment for myself (for L1 visa) and my wife (for L2 Visa).

2,For L2 visa, is any documents required from company? (Like petition papers as i got for L1)

3, While filling the 156,157 forms online, there is one field in that which needs to be filled in our native alphabet.
Can i leave that empty?

Yes, you can book the same appt for both of u

Yes. This field shud be handwritten in native language. U can fill in after taking the print
