Me and my wife are PR card holders for Canada. If we have a child born in US and wanna take him to Canada with us when we move. Is that a problem. Will he need any visa, can we take the child right away with us to Canada or we have to get his PR process completed before taking him. Would really appreciate your replies
Thanks

Don't worry

Our daughter was born after we got our PR card. We went to Calgary. The Immigration officer was very nice. He gave our daughter 6 months visitor visa on the spot. He told us to apply for a PR card once we settle down there. (Actually we came back within one week because we only went there for US H1 visa stamping)
