Called the IIO around 1:30. Got connected in a 10 minutes. Talked to a male IIO, He said that my case was filed in november( I guess what he meant was ND) and that they are processing the cases filed around 09/15. He did ask me did I call him before(why would he ask me that question .. this is my first time talking to an IIO) .. this makes me wonder did I make a mistake calling them.
