It will take at least 1 or two weeks for you and your lawyer to prepare your documents after you got your Labor Certificate before you can submit your applicatioon to INS.
Here are some advice:
1. Make sure you have enough immunization (as recomended by INS), so avoid take immunization after you got your labor certified, this will be save your time. (you will need MMR, Tetanus, Chicken pox, for sure check with doctors appointed by INS).
2. Make sure you (women) or our wife not pregnant when taking vaccine (very important). Some vaccine have defect to fetus.
3. Make sure you dont have TB. If you do then you can treat it now, it take 6-9 month to cure it by the time you got your Labor Certificate, everything ready to go.
4. Off Course prepared all of your documens, translated it into English, like birth Certificate, Diploma, Marriage certificate, etc.
