If your case has taken considerable amount of time, like No approval even after 2-3 months of receiving RFE support docs, ask your attorney whether he can approach local Senator\'s office (anyone, Republican or Democrat). This only helps to "Expedite" or "Speedup" the process. It does not alter/change the result.
Mine, as soon as the office of senator received, they called INS. Next news (same day!) is "Approved".
What my attorney told me sometimes they might have done all the work, yet they keep the result with them not annoucing. It will be announced, but takes long time. No explanation for reason. That\'s why some times it HELPS, taking senator\'s help.
That\'s just my experience and feeling.
