Take oath and travel to india and then apply for OCI there

My 14 y o child is scheduled for naturalization on 15 Jan. She will be reaching US one day prior and going back to India on the 16th. There will not be time to apply for visa, as she has exams at that time in india.

Can she travel back to India on her Indian ppt, after the naturalization ceremony and apply for OCI in india after she gets her US passport.

Once she is naturalized she is an American national, so can she travel back to India on her original Indian passport, since she has not received her US passport.
 
That's illegal. The child would be traveling on a travel document which is not valid.

Indian exit passport control and FRRO authorities are going to figure out the Indian passport was used illegally (you need to submit a copy of the current Indian visa) and you will be fined.

Why don't you do an emergency passport in one day and the emergency visa the next ?

14 year olds are not eligible for naturalization. Can you elaborate exactly how your child is becoming a US citizen? On what visa is she traveling to US?
