Hello all,
This might have been answered a few times on this board, pls explain it to me once more
I am working for company A. 140 Approved. FP's done in Mar 2005. (Received email from INS that case is now in process). 485 Notice Date May 2004.
Looking at the approvals I feel that my 485 will be approved anytime now.
Company B has given me an offer that I cannot decline and I have to give them an answer in a week. If I now decide to switch over to company B, and I am in the process of sending INS AC21 letter and my GC gets approved (even before INS receive my AC21), What are the chances that this does not fall under the 'GC fraud' [Changing a company that sponsored your GC to another company immd after your GC approval.] I read here that we do not even have to file the AC21 in some cases. Is it true?
Given my case, please enlighten me on what should I do.
thanks a lot.
