Take care - A New phenomena

Guys,

As I reported before we (me and my wife) got a 2nd FP notice dated June 28 scheduled to be done Aug 9.

Last week, I got an email saying that "On July 12, 2005, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case ..............". All my online staus is changed as if it is approved.

Today I called TSC and a lady officer told me that my case is not yet approved. FP2 have to be done.

However, my lawyer has got an USCIS letter saying that the case is approved. I have not received anything yet from USCIS. I asked my lawyer to send the copy of that letter. On the other hand, I know that my name check is pending since 2003, but my wife's name check is done.

So another confusion.

Congratulations , since u have done ur 1st FP, may be system is using that expired one.

Consider yourself very lucky. . once u have letter on hand , rush to PP stamp.

You are definitely approved and POJ is right , go and get your passport stamped.

I am in almost identical situation , i recieved 2nd FP notice dated June 26 and then got an email last week saying "On July 11, 2005, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case ...."
Desperately waiting for the letter.

It might be a system error that online message has changed all of a sudden. I can not be sure untill I get the official letter.
