Thanks for your interest, hgc, but no update yet. My RFE was issued on April 8 and my lawyer hasn't received it yet. Sometimes it takes one week to get from the TSC mailroom to Florida.
I'd say tomorrow or Thursday, but some people on this forum have apparently had RFE's issued weeks ago and still no RFE received in the mail.
The only 3 things I can possibly think of are 1) my legal middle name which has a slightly different spelling than at birth, or 2) the lawful maintenance of non-immigrant status before filing I-485, or 3) details to prove that I have continued to work in my extraordinary field since I-140 EA approval. I have no employer so it can't be an EVL. Stay tuned!
