I am on my 4th year as TN and it will expire Apr/04. My employer ask me if I want to switch to H1-B. The thing is I like to get my greencard but currently my employer cannot submit Labor Certification for anyone due to almost sure-rejection.
1. Do you see any issues with getting a 4th TN renewal by mail? All my previous renewal was by mail and never had any problem. I work with a big company.
2. Should I switch to H1-B now and what would be the advantage if my employer cannot proceed with the greencard process for me for awhile??
3. If I delay the switch to H1-B for another year or two. Would that make the switch more difficult??
4. Is it possible to switch back from H1-B to TN(for the same employee or another employee in case of new job)??
