I come from India and I have valid H1 visa processed (thrrough consultants) in 2004 but not entered US till then. It also gets exprie in September 2007 i.e. in next few months. But recently my employer (the company I am working for in India) processed B1 recently. during the stamping, my H1 visa was canelled so I am thinking its still valid (let me know).
Now I had to come to US on B1 so I entered US last month and I will be here for few more weeks. Now my question is, is it possible for me to switch to H1 from B1? as it is getting expired in September, is it possible to my extend my H1? Please let me know the possibilities and the process please?
