Switching region when applying for AC21

If your new job is not in a region where your I-485 is pending, does that causes a transfer to new regional or local office? For example if somebody moves from seattle to california and applies AC21, will Nebraska transfer its case to local california center?

Any experience?

I remember I red posting in immigration-law.com site, when use AC121 the application will not move mostly 99% it will remain same centre until it adjucated. Good luck.
