Hi,
My case(NSC RD 07/03) got transferred to local office and attended interview (on oct 27'04) and case is pending because of name check. Since the name check process is taking some time, I am thinking to switch jobs with my client company itself. My questions are :
1.Is this ok to switch job at this juncture as I attended the interview already?
2. Does AC21 applies still in my case too?
3. In one of the forum I read about 6-12 months waiting for switching jobs after GC.. Is that true?
