Hi
I am looking to switch jobs in near future. I applied for green card in EB-2 (India) with PD of June 2006. One of the companies that I am interested in wants to have nothing to do with sponsoring H1B, green cards etc. They do not understand the EAD/AC21 process and will probably not make an offer if they get an impression that I don't have a permanent authorization to work in US. I want to keep the discussion on that topic as short as possible during the interview. If I am offered a job, I will get my own lawyer to file AC21.
My question is what documents do I need from the new employer besides offer letter? PERM was filed for the position of 'Engineering Specialist' and the new title will be 'Senior Engineer'. Salary will be 50% over what was mentioned in PERM.
Thanks
