I just got my EB3 PERM case approval for ROW in June this year. After seeing the huge lineup in the visa bulletin, I'm thinking about switching to another company and pump my visa to EB2. I haven't filed for the I-140 yet so I'm wondering if switching to another company is a good move or not. I have one year left before my second H1-B visa expires. Is it better to wait for my I-140 approval then move to another company or just transfer my current H1-B to a different company? I have contacted a few companies and they are afraid that the 1 year left in my H1-B visa is not enough time for them to process my work permit. Any suggestions are really appreciated.
