Last year, I went to India to attend CP interview when my dates were current. Due to delays in medical testing, I received 221g. As dates retrogressed, my case was still under 'pending' status.
I came back to US, using my H1b Visa. Now, i want to move my GC process from CP to AOS.
What steps do I need to follow? how do I move application from Mumbai consulate back to USCIS?
Does Mumbai consulate have any documents that need to be transferred to USCIS to achieve this?
My PD is Apr 2008 / EB2 category.
