To All experts and Jim Mills:
I swithced from Company A to B and back to A after a year.
My concern is that while switching back to A i did not file a
fresh H1 petition, since the Previous H1 from A was still valid and
not cancelled by A after I had moved to B.
Untill now I have had no problems, and even got Final Extn for H1 from A.
Is there any problem during I-485 ?
