Switch employer when retrogressed with pre-approved labor?

Friends,

I gave up a previous labor petition and left a company since at that time, it was severely backlogged. (The irony is that now those might have been moving faster)
Now I had an pre-approved labor and filed the I-140 which was approved in Nov 2005. I am waiting for my dates to become current to file the 485. (Aug 2001)

I would like to switch employers.

Can a new company file an EB2 Perm petition on the labor date (which is now transferred to me)?
If so, can I maintain the date of my existing labor (which was transferred to me)?

In that case, on approval of the PERM petition, then can the company file another 140 for me? On approval, before filing the I-485, I can now join this company to carry on the processing?

Remember that till the new company has got the 140 approved, I will like to still be working for my old company?

Is this scenario possible at all?

Thanks in advance for your time and knowledge!!
