Just to let everyone know that I applied for a Swiss Visa to travel on June 23, 2006. At first they said RTD should be valid 90 days after I leave Swiss terrirtory since my RTD expires August 2006.
To make the long story short, I told them that it takes 4 months or sometimes 6 months to get a RTD and showed them the processing dates and I also told the immigration officer that 'Wasn't it the Geneva Convention that created protections for Refugees? and you are going against the treaty that your government was host of? You guys should honor it at least"
The lady went inside and came back and said we will issue a visa, it doesn't matter when it expires as long as I return a week before it. I just picked up the RTD with a Visa that starts from April 15th until August 15th.
