Is it fine to have a wage range defined on the SWA (State work force agency) Job order such that the Minimum wage is below the prevailing wage and Maximum wage is greater than prevailing wage.
Thank you for the reply. The wage range though was not displayed to the user. It only says "Competitive Salary" to the user. The numbers were put such that the job order could be processed, do you think that can be an issue?
