VSC ROCKS. My FP was done in 5/00. I am really hopeful my approval will come by 7/00 - 8/00 range.

My PD is 1/96, ND/RD Mar 99. Haven\'t got FP notice yet.
When I called IIO 2 months back she told me it is not a problem
since they were processing Oct 98 cases. Some of the March ND\'s
are getting approved.

Any suggestions what I should do ?

That\'s strange. All March99 ND applications got their FP notices in mid-Feb2000 timeframe. If you are being represented you definitely should talk to an attorney. Else send written request to VSC about it. They seem to be working on July/Aug 99 cases for FP notices.
