Survey for those Oct' 01 RD applicants who got approved

I am looking at several recent approvals, and it appears that EAD renewal applicaiton triggers I-485 processing/approval if the RD is a close to the official date but not quite there yet.

So to those Oct RDs who got approved, please let us know if this is the case in your case. A "yes" or "no" response is sufficient,

Yes that was true in our case..

AD:11/01/02

Applied for EAD extension and AP on 10/18/02.
