I 485 transfered.Surprised mail reg. aproved 140

My Pending I 1485 was transfered from TX to CSC in January. I filled for AC 21 in Feb.(My case was on the basis of future emplyment). My 140 was aproved on August'03. Today I recieved auto generated E mail from USCIS regarding my aproved I 140....Its as below.......
We have recieved you case here on Fe28th'05 here..Its takes about 320-350 days to process this kind of application.............and same old stuff.......
I was really surprise.Anybody has any clue?
