Surprise EAD for ME TOO

Just when I lost all my hopes.............got it in the mail today..

Online Status still gives "Your I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION was received on November 25, 2002." (As of 7:33 PM today)


EAD was to expire in a week or so

ND: 11/25/2002
EAC#: EAC030435xxxx

I do not know the approval date, but it was mailed on 01/03/2003.

Congratulations!! Thank you very much for informing us about your approval. My ND is 11/15/02 and there is no change in the online message yet. My EAD will expire in approximately 3 weeks. Remaining very worried.

Did you call IIO in the last few days? What did they say? Please let me know. My EAD has already expired. Waiting eagerly for it to arrive.

Hi,
I applied for EAD which was received by INS on Nov 21. I got the card today Jan 7. The INS case status web page stills says that
"It is taking between 60 and 90 days ...
We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete."

I guess they don't update their system regularly.
