Surprise - AVM will show 490 days

My employer today called INS Nebraska to check my status as I have already passed 330 days, which their AVM used to say. I got the news that after 11th september, all green card applications were on hold and that they did not declare that. I was also informed that new timings which would be updated on AVM is going to be 490 days. Any update from anybody else? My ND is 12/14/2000.

that is it. I give up. if my AOS is on hold what is the point in waiting for its approval? from now on I will just stop waiting. I think... Frustrated.

Thats not correct

The avm in fact now indicated that it takes between 330 to 360 days or something like that. And I got my approval just yesterday and I have seen lots of other approvals also on this forum

librand: your approval should be on the way too...

here on this board we\'ve seen bunch of approvals after sept. 11 so its hard to belive that GC approvals are "on hold". Better find out the source of your information and starigten it out!
