Hi

One of my friend got filled I 485 on Dec 3rd 2001 , and got the same as Notice date . He recvd Fingerprint Notice on 14 th dec and yesterday Jan 2nd 2002 he also recvd his EAD . All happened with TSC the great .

I dont know is this a joke /fluke or just TSC
 
Is this a "Age OUT" case?

Quite likely this may be an expedited "age out" case where a derivative beneficiary is reaching 21 years soon. Can this be confirmed, please and what is the age out date, in case it is so?
 
Another case: EB2 - I-485 ND 11/07 - FP ND 12/26 Appointment Date 01/25/

I have seen my friend\'s FP Notice yesterday. He checked the AVM and nothing is updated about his FP till now.

He is in EB2 , the P.D I dont know the exact date , but for sure its Jun 2000.

I dont think any \'aged out\' concept worked here ,
and neither a derrivative dependents.
Its just TSC
