Surname nd first name

I have my name written throughout my dv documents,passport ,birthset ,police report, medical as John Doe indicating John as my surname and doe as my first name but on my wasse set it appeared Doe John .can this cause for visa denial

This seems to be a common issue with this area, school reports are not official identity documents so shouldn't be a problem.
