I dont have surname in my passport but where as in my L2 visa they have issued surname which is incorrect. I have not checked it before and now i m in USA. I went to apply for SSN and the clerk in the SSN office told me that it is wrongly updated. Could anyone please suggest me what do i need to do further to correct my name.
Is it a long sticky procedure or any quick steps to follow an change it accordingly.
