rfe on 9/2000 reply on 9/2000 msg not changed yet.
my eac for i140 is 01-001-5xxxx but still no approval nd of i-140 redo is oct 2nd 2000 rd is sep 26th. I talked to IIO last week she said things are moving very slowly over here do\'nt worry all ur papers are in place and will get decision soon. I dont belive her. i see so many approvals here.

RFE recvd for amended I-140 : Sep 29
RFE filed on Sep 15 (in advance)
I-140 receipt notice sent by lawyer on Oct 6
I-140 approved on Oct31 but approval notice was not recvd by lawyer so requested another copy on Nov 15.
I-485 msg still says RFE sent on Sep29.

RFE for pay-stubs, employment letter, tax-forms etc on Sep 28, 2000. Since my employer had been acquired, (change in name & tax-id), it was decided to file an amended I-140 petition too along-with the reply.Replied on Oct 20 & INS received (according to USPS) on Oct 21, 2000. No receipt till today....
Called IIO on Nov 17 and after asking for my name & company\'s name, told me that no I-140 petition has been entered into the system so far. As you all know, there have been numerous I-140 petitions filed around the same date, including after mine, which have been issued receipts. I am really at a loss as to what to do.... Any suggestions from you folks????
