Supporting Documents Not Reached

Hi Guys,

My RD for PP was 13th April and on this Friday the 15 days period is expiring. I have been seeing LUDs on my case since I filed by case untill 17th April but no LUDs after that. Today I called the customer service and the lady told me that in their system it shows that they have not received any documents. According to USPS the supporting documents were reached on 10th April. I sent the supporting documents to TSC through USPS express mail.

Any suggestions on what should I do now? I am pretty sure that they will issue RFE now. Should I sent the supporting documents through overnight mail or should I wait for the RFE? Is it possible that they have received the documents but somehow forgot to upload the system.

Any response will be appreciated.

Send the USPS deliver proof (as pdf version) to TSC premium services by email and see what TSC says. I have sent my supporting documents by USPS and things were OK. You never know weird things can happen at any time.

I sent email to TSC-premium.140@dhs.gov, I hope that is the correct address. I did receive computer glitch emails about approval, which according to some previous posts, confirms that supporting documents have been reached. Is it advisable to call the customer service again with a hope that a different representative might have better insight?

Haimi, what is the status of your case? I guess we have a very similar LUDs filing dates.

HI,

Today is 12th day of my PP, hopefully soon they will locate my documents or else I will end up having RFE. Still they have not responded to my email but fortunately there was a decent guy on the telephone, who took all my details including USPS receipt # and asked me to call back tomorrow. Hopefully he will dig into the matter and start processing my case soon.

I will let you guys know about my progress.
