supporting documents for N400

Hello all,

For Marriage based(3yrs) Naturalization process, do we need to submit the supporting documents (copies) when submitting applicaiton form now or later at interview time?
In that form itself, i believe all citations including speeding ticket needs to be mentioned. If its a speeding ticket then do we need to submit any type of payment proof wiith that initiial application form?
These are just basic questions i had , any comments will be appreciated.

As Instructions are clearly mentioned on the guide or N-400 instruction form, you may mention the citation on the N-400 form (answer "Yes" to the citation question on N-400 form and describe it), but do not submit the proof of payment or citation cop(ies) if the amount of fine is less than $500. You can show the proof of payment or copy of DMV (or MVA - Motor Vehicle Administration) records or court records to the interview if IO requests.
