Supporting document for Proficiency in English for Canada Permanent Residency Intervi

I have PR interview in SanFrancisco. I am working in USA on H1B visa since last 4 years. They asked me to written submission justifying that I know English. They asked me to explain following 4 points

1) Training in English
2) How I commonly use English
3) Official documentation of education in English
4) Official documentation of work experience in English

My education in India was in English. Do you know what content I should write there? If any body previously presented can guide me better. If you help me with sample format will be great help to me. Thanks

You can submit:
(1) Work experience in US and also specifying that all written and oral communication is in English. Many HR can write letter for you.
(2) Cerificate from your educational institute saying how many years you studied there as well as saying that method of instructions and teaching was in English.

I wasnt aware Canada has consulate in San Francisco ? This is weird unless consulate has been opened recently ?????
The nearest consulate I thought was LA.
Coming back to your main question. Only 100% guaranteed way to prove English proficiency is by IELTS resulta. You can try methodslisted above and they may work depending on how yor skills are perceived by visa officer but IELTS is only surefire way.
